There have been so many changes in guidelines from the government in the past 2 years, it’s understandable that it can be confusing to know where you stand when it comes to booking a tour.

We hope this gives some clarity and answers your concerns without you having to go through all the small print of our terms and conditions

If I book a tour and there are government led restriction from the UK Government or Government of the country I am going to, what happens?
At approx. 21-14 days before departure we will assess the situation based on restrictions at that time. If it is not possible to operate the tour we will cancel the tour and offer a full refund or an alternative tour on a future date.

If I book a tour and cannot travel due to personal isolation or having contracted Covid, what happens?
When you take the decision that you are unable to travel on a tour you will fall into our standard terms & conditions cancellation charges and will need to make any claims for refunds through your insurance company.
